Caravan World Rhythms & New Works invite you to enjoy a special evening in two-parts:
8pm – 9:30pm – Performance of Afro-Cuban dance by Cuban dancer Silfredo la O Vega and guests, accompanied by live Percussion. In addition, the 4-piece Latin band Rumba Calzada led by Raphael Geronimo will provide Cuban-inflected music in between dance pieces.
9:30pm – Late: We will clear the space for a Dance party with DJ Marc Fournier (of Electropical) and surprise guests, spinning Cuban, Haitian, and other Caribbean delights!
