Robert and Caravan World Rhythms are turning 15 years old. Or is it Fifty? Anyhow, there will be lots of world music friends, and flamenco performers and flamenco/music/dance jam from 10:30pm onwards! Come join in the celebration.
Doors, food sales and bar, open at 7:15pm.
Performances start at 8:15pm. Dance Floor available!!
So we’re going to have a great line-up of entertainment and food. Confirmed so far:
– Bocephus King and his Orchestra Familia… a world music/folk group open to other music collaborators!
– Orkestar Slivovica Balkan Brass Band
– Gareth Owens flamenco guitarist extraordinaire & dancer Veronica Maguire, plus many flamencos from the Vancouver community!
And for food, on offer will be the best Indonesian food in town served up by Angie from Sweet Chili Cafe!.
