About the Artists:
The Vancouver 6-piece band, Zlatna Mountain, will take you on a journey to a joyful house party in a Balkan village, presenting songs from Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia Herzegovina and Albania. Zlatna Mountain blends Slavic harmonies with Turkish scales and rhythms, and offers songs about a far-seeing falcon, a foolish bag-piper, mischief-making in vineyards, love lost and found, and forests and mountains that come to life.
